iPad dock shows two overlapping icons for one app

New iPad Pro. Just set it up with restore from old iPad Air. The OneNote icon appears twice in the dock and overlaps other icons. How would i fix that? Thanks.

Drag it off the dock. Then drag it back on.

Thanks, doesn’t help though. The other instance stays on the dock.
