iPad Pro iPad doesn’t have link preview?

i just got the 12.9 iPad Pro when ever I long press an link or app I am only given the option to move it, I don’t get the pop up window like on my iPhone is this normal?

In iOS 13, you can get it. But for iOS 12, it is normal on iPad that you don’t get link preview.
