Ipad doesn't recognize my printer still (with printopia installed)

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I bought printopia and d/led it. It recognizes, my printer, but ipad doesn't see the printer still.
 
In the Printopia preference pane, does the printer show up as "shared", with green indicator? (It can recognize the printer, but if it's not checked, it won't be shared.)

Is the iPad on the same local network? (if on 3G, it won't work)
 
Damn I had it, and I actually printed something. Then I restarted the ipad to make sure it still recognizes it, and the ipad can't find the printers again, or the iphone.
 
Nevermind I think I got it. Seems to be working fine as of now. Hopefully it stays that way.
Sorry for being stupid lol
 
It it possible it/they are automatically connecting to a different wifi network than you think (or, perhaps the Mac)?

Edit: glad you got it working. I have it installed here, and it's working perfectly.

Because I turned my ipad off, and back it, just to make sure it would show up, and it didn't. I waited a few seconds, went back into it, and it appeared.

So I guess it has to reboot, trying to find the printer again when I turn the ipad/iphone off.

Question is, I won't be able to print from the ipad if my imac is turned off right? Only with it being on I read somewhere here.
 
I used the AirPrintHactivator, turned it on, removed printer, added printer... and nothing.

Any suggestions?
 
I have an HP Officejet Pro L7680 Network printer and cannot get it to work with anything.

Very disappointed. :(

I was really looking forward to printing from the iPad.
