iPad Exchange connection issues?

Has anyone been able to connect their iPad to an exchange account? My iPhone connects flawlessly but myself and a friend have been unable to connect out iPads to the same account. Using Exchange 2003 on the backend, it connects fine the first time during setup, then like on the iPhone it comes back and asks for the server and the says it can't connect even after putting in the correct server.

Any info?

my ipad works great with exchange and soe does my iphone

so no issues here
