My wife has that issue, and she gets on Safari and Chrome on her iPad. She found on Apples site it's a known issue and no fix for it.

So I'm waiting for the "who uses facebook" people 🙄

I've seen that on my iPad (iOS not updated) in Safari browser. And I know for a fact that it's happened to friends without iOS devices and Macs, so it's likely a Facebook glitch. They're always tweaking their interface. 😡

from what I understood it was only happening to iPads and not desktops .

Could still be a Facebook issue.with how they coded their mobile friendly site.
