iPad (first gen) iOs 4.3.2 - where to change APN?

I was wondering if I can use iPhone 4's Micro SIM card in iPad 1.
I read that you need to change APN.
However, when I go to Settings - Cellular Data, I don't see APN. I have iOS 4.3.2 (8H7). Can you not do this anymore with this iOS version?
