iPad 4th Generation. I have tried a full reset, it required recovery mode as the screen is constantly flashing on and off, the touch screen obviously doesn't work. I have opened the device and checked the ribbon cable of the screen. I just realized that the apple logo when turning on the device does not flicker, neither does the battery screen. I am really confused to what could be causing this issue to only occur on the main OS. It is on iOS 10.3.3 (last version for ipad 4). If anyone could help I genuinely appreciate it as this is a bit of a head scratcher to me.

I could've sworn that another user on this forum who had an iPad 4 was having the same problem as you.

I can't seem to find this problem anywhere, so if there was a post that was similar it is either removed or I am just being dumb. I have searched everywhere I can think of and this problem seems to be unique. If you have any ideas I would love to hear it as I am going crazy! Thank you anyways :).
