Hey guys,

I have started an app that is for the iPad. I was wondering if using only the simulator would be sufficient to develop this app?

If not, I will probably just go ahead and buy one. I was wanting to wait for 2nd gen, but I should probably get one now.

Thanks!

It is always highly recommended to test your apps on a device before submitting them. There are certain things that the Simulator can't truly simulate, not the least of which is performance.

Also there are certainly libraries that are only accessible on the device, examples are the MediaPlayer Framework, Apple Push Notifications, and probably many others.

Okay, I will probably be getting one. Would you suggest getting the 16 gb or 32 gb model?
