If I sell my iPad in the fall and want to upgrade to the iPad 5 is there any way that I can restore old iOS version or do I have to keep it as is? Does anyone know if you can sell pre-jailbroken iPads on eBay?

Generall, you can get more money for JB'n iDevices if, at the time of selling it, no JB is available for the then-current iOS version.
