iPad getting stuck in fullscreen web apps

I'm developing a webapp for the ipad in fullscreen. Im running changes to the code and then reopening the page to view changes.
After the 5th time i do this, the ipad will not respond to button presses (apart from a triple click) and needs to be hard reset.

I tried a restore but that hasnt fixed the issue.
Any trick or suggestions?

I too am having the same problem. Very frustrating!

Tripple click shows the kiosk mode, but it doesn't actually do anything and there's no way to go back to the home screen or quit the running web app without a hard reset. The web app continues to function properly.
