iPad holder for bedtime viewing?

Is there an iPad holder/stand that will hold an iPad over my bed so I can watch it while laying down?

I have this stand. It adjusts to any angle. It's on wheels so I can take it to the living room and read books, to the kitchen, etc. It is very sturdy and won't fall over, and my ipad definitely will not fall out. It locks the ipad in place. It does kind of look like an iv pole, but I love it.
