On my iPad it is asking me to sign into icloud. The sign in pops up and with Apple ID... NAME@icloud.com. It should be (or it is on my iPhone) email@example.com I tried to reset password using security questions and they say they're incorrect. They're not. They are the same always. Well, I cannot sign in - so I cannot sign out. I also cannot fully reset my iPad (back to new). In the setting tab, it say iCloud Drive is upgrading (and the icon is spinning as if it's working). I tried using the email password feature and it will not work either. It will not reset. This has been going for a long time - I believe since IOS8 (or shortly after). I'm at wits end with this and I really could use help on how to resolve this.
