I took my iPad on American airlines. It is very windy outside. I had my iPad in an incase cover. That's in my Marc Jacobs bag. I had the bag on my suitcase. A gust of wind came. Suitcase fell, iPad fell, right on the cement. Not even a scratch. A dent. Or anything.

I am hoping to bring my iPad to Maui when I travel there later this summer, can you let me know how you get on with it. Like with wifi accesss, I'm getting the wifi model so won't have 3G.

Thx,
Maggie

Yeah the FAA let airlines start providing Wifi last year. I wish CASA here in Australia would let the planes have Wifi, better than the in flight movie.

Heading out there, too. Not bringing our laptop PCs, just WiFi iPads and my Virgin Broadband2Go USB modem/Cradlepoint router setup...
