iPad + iOS 4.2.1 + MobileMe sync = problems/

Is anyone else having MobileMe sync issues with iOS 4.2.1 on their iPads?

I'm having all kinds of issues; same mail account appears twice on the iPad, no more bookmarks on iPad, no addressbook, no calendar.

Also there appear empty mail messages in the unified inbox, dated 01-01-01...

Mine wont even allow me to create a MobileMe account!
