iPad, iPhone, apple watch all in one docking station

I am looking for an all in one DOCKING station for all of these devices (apple watch, iPhone 6s, iPad Air 2). For this device I do NOT want to have to manually put the cable in the iPhone and iPad. It should have a connector that sticks out so I can easily just slide in.

While it looks nice I cannot tell if iPad and iPhone are easily dock able. I am looking for recommendations on what people have and use.
