iPad iPad Jailbroken on 7.0.6 Need to erase everything without upgrading software. Help?

You said you can access Cydia through the browser right? I know you said tweaks aren't showing up, but try installing open ssh and see if you can ssh into your phone.

Login as su and then run
apt-get -f install

Once logged in as su (you'll see a #), type:
apt-get -f install
I sshed into my phone using cyberduck I dont see where I would type this. All I see are the files in the phone.. var, mobile etc...Type:
