All iPads iPad kiosks

Hello, I'm very new to this forum so hopefully I can get some help. Currently at the university I work for we are try to implement iPad kiosks. We looking to imitate the way delta terminal at laguardia airport has it setup. The iPads are pre configured with apps and no setting icon. I'm not sure if its possible, but is it possible there is an emulator that you can configure with certain apps and put it in guided access mode? Any suggestion would great!!

You can launch what ever app you want and then turn on Guided Access to lock the user out of pressing the Home button or using multi-gestures.

If you are using macs to manage the iPads you can also look at configurator (I think that's the name, its in the Mac App Store )
