iPad LTE Activation isssue

After putting the micro sim into my iPad, I still do not see the "view account" option to activate data plan, can someone help me out :/

Which version do you have? Also, the new iPads ship with SIM cards already installed. Did you transfer a SIM from a different device? That might be the issue.
