iPad messages app not receiving confirmation codes.

1.Ipad is not receiving confirmation codes when verification is requested. Set up just like my iPhone. iPhone gets code all the time. Anyone have a solution?

2. Per Apple, confirmation codes should be automatically deleted after use. Never does on the iPhone. Would like to fix this if possible.

1) What kind of confirmation codes? Are you referring to text messages? or the codes that apple shows when logging into your AppleID?

2) Per Apple, confirmation codes are deleted IF you have that feature enabled.

All of a sudden, verification codes do not show up on iPad OS and Mac OS. I have played with the settings (message forwarding on IOS 26, unknown senders and spam filters) but nothing works. Any ideas?

I am having this issue on my MAC Studio. It is synced to the iPAD and Phone, but text verification codes are intermittent. They seem to come in for some websites, but not others on the MAC. They come in on the phone messages just fine

I am also having the same problem. My iPad and my Mac are displaying all texts that I send and receive on my iPhone. All except for 2fa verification codes. Is this a very isolated problem or does someone know the problem and fix to it?

Turn Text Forwarding off on the iPhone, restart the iPhone, turn forwarding back on.

No matter what I did, it did not work. Then, the 26.3 software update solved the issue. Everything works like a charm now.
