iPad might support camera at some point?

It was posted over at AppleInsider, but I confirmed in the iPad simulator the option to "Take Photo" in the native Contacts app.

Do you think this is:
1.) A holdover of the iPhone OS
2.) As AI speculated, proof that the final shipping product will include a camera
3.) Support for a future device?
