Hello,

Is the screen of the iPad mini 2 big enough to read magazines like National Geographic or are they only readable with an iPad air ?

Thank you

It depends on the person. Some people will have no problem, others may find it challenging or uncomfortable.

I'm getting old and my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be. I'd probably run into some discomfort and eye strain after a while on my iPad mini.

My tired eyes may appreciate a switch to an iPad Air in a couple of years.

The iPad Mini 2 screen should be OK to read National Geo magazine. A lot depends on the reader app you're using but generally it should be readable. I use the Zinio reader to read Macworld and MacLife on my iPhone 6+ screen and I'm a Sr. Citizen with old eyes. :p
