Ipad mini 2 download failed

hello. Having problems with ipad mini 2. Every Time I download an app it appears to download completely but then it says download failed. I Have to click retry and then it downloads again and installs. I have to download everything twice. I have backed up and restored and still the same.

Any ideas?

Could be that you're either low on memory or need to do a memory cleanup. The "Clean-UP app could do the job.

Not low on memory and I use a cleanup app. Thanks anyway.

It HAS gone to only doing it on some apps. It seems to be mostly when more than one is downloading at a time.
