Hi all,

My iPad mini 2 is still a brilliant tablet, but since updating to iOS 9/9.1 the performance has decreased.

It's not as smooth as it used to be. Things jitter more, and for example when I close an app, it will just jump straight to the home and screen and won't perform the "minimise" animation, and if on the odd occasion it does animate, it won't be smooth at all.

It used to run a lot better.

Anyone have any tips to improve the performance, seeing as we can't downgrade iOS.

Would a fully reset to factory make a difference?

Thanks in advance.

doing a full factory reset might help, but not guaranteed. same story for me too. still works fine on 9.1, but not as good as 8.4. wish i never upgraded honestly but it's ok
