Hello Everyone,
My iPad Mini 2 (16GB Wifi only) is saying that I only have 579 MB available but everything I've counted doesn't add up. I plugged it into my Mac (Macbook Air 11" 2013 1.3GHz i5) and it said that it has 2.07 GB free. This can be seen in these two pictures. I need help as to why this is happening.
Thanks!

Perhaps there is a bunch of apps on it using a lot of space.
The question was posted back in 2015. It's probably been solved already.

Likely just temp/cache files. Could probably recover the space by doing an iTunes backup+restore.

“I updated to 8.4” I was wondering how that was possible haha.
