sold my mini yesterday thinking the mini 2 will be shortly available but seems like they only gave a date as later in November which could be the 5th or the 25th or who knows...any thoughts? guess it is good I sold my mini though and got 250 for it as the price of a new one now dropped to 299...

I'm not sure when it'll be either but I hope they give some kind of advanced notice. Wish there was a pre-order date though :(

maybe those rumors were true about how there would be smaller amounts of mini's to sell, due to some manufacturing problems, so the mini would come out later, but one rumor had the mini coming out in january

I was thinking this too, odd. I've decided to get an iPad Air over a new mini anyway, that thing is too beautiful!

I expect close to Thanksgiving. I'm so glad the iPad Air is available Nov. 1st. That's the one I'm opting for.
