iPad mini 4 4G LTE with "no service" issue (again)

I have an appointment today for my mini 4 to get looked at due to randomly losing cellular service. The signal will not come back unless I reboot the device.

My original did this and this replacement is now doing it. Could it actually be the SIM card causing this problem?

That's odd - if you've replaced the iPad already, it could be a bad SIM. Who is your carrier?
