iPad mini iPad Mini 4 Stylus Options

I was wondering, what is the best stylus for the iPad Mini 4 since the Apple Pencil does not work with it?

This would be used for photo retouching and other precise movements.

I have been looking around and I cannot find a product that works with good reviews.

Although I have a 12.9 iPad pro and 2018 iPad (both which support the Apple Pencil and use extensively) I also have a Mini 4 and use the DotPen stylus with a homemade art glove for Palm rejection. It is a powered fine tipped stylus. I like this stylus over the Bluetooth styli because it doesn't require any special support by the apps.

I use Wacom bamboo stylus on my iphone. But I pretty much use it for writing.
