I'm stuck between 16gb and 64gb, I won't be storing long term pictures or videos on the device, I will basically just use it for viewing media such as YouTube, Twitch, Rainierland. As well as doing some shopping: Amazon, Ebay, etc. I have a 64gb LG V10 phone, and I've only used 20gb's of it that's including the carrier and LG bloatware on it. Also how does the screen match up compared to the Samsung Tab S2

I think that the screen is really good, but I don't have an S2 to compare it to. Keep in mind that if you get a 16GB model it actually comes with about 12 GB of usable space. I can't say if that will be enough for you, but unless budget is really an issue, I would suggest just paying $100 more to get 4 times the storage, and rest assured that it won't be a problem. Yeah, that's what Apple is manipulating customers into doing but it really is the best value out of the available storage options, unless you are absolutely sure that you will never need more than 16 GB (really 12 GB) of storage.

Wait for the mini 4 to go on sale again for $100 off and get the 64 gb model.

I typically go with 16GB on iPad and higher storage on iPhone/MacBook, but that's just based on my personal use. I keep very little stored on the iPad.

I had the same strategy for my Air 2, but it's not the content that was the killer, it's the apps!
I tried to keep my app load as trim as possible, but 16 filled up FAST!

Definitely, if you keep a lot of apps it's no longer easy to go that way. I essentially use it for note taking in meetings and web browsing/email when I'm away from my computer, so it's perfect for that. I have the 32GB Pro now though which is great, because I can leave more content on the actual device and not even think about the storage.

I've lived with a 16GB iPad Air for 2 years, but honestly I wish I had gotten more. The apps really fill it up.

The Mini 4 has the best screen of any iPad model:
