iPad mini iPad Mini 5: Can't put Widgets on Home Screen?

So I have an iPad Mini 5 and I went to see if I could put widgets on the home screen. I slid the Widget drawer over, went to Edit and expected to see a toggle there to put them on the home screen but it is not there. Is that not a feature on the iPad mini?

Found my own answer with some time: it's under Display & Brightness... not where I expected the option.

What a strange place to move the widget toggles to. Is this the same for the bigger iPads?

Ha! Had the same mystery to solve myself after trying to follow the online instructions, which were wrong for me (and others with a Mini 5).

I figured it out. Go to: Home Screen & Dock, then tap "More" instead of "Bigger".

Keep in mind, it has to be in landscape to work.
