Ipad Mini 6 support 60hz on a external monitor?

I found the answer to my question to everyone thats interested: Actually the ipad mini 6 does support 4000K @60Hz but only on displays (monitors) that has a USB-C port and that port support USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode.
