iPad mini iPad Mini 6: Tap and/or Raise to Wake?

Will the new iPad Mini (2021) have tap to wake? or raise to wake?

I am concerned about the touchID power button being the only method to wake the iPad.

If it’s the same as the iPad Air 4 (which I’m pretty sure it is) then it will have tap to wake.

I don’t think iPads have ever had raise to wake.
