Just an FYI...walked into my local Target at 8:30 this morning and picked up a 32gb white mini. They had a few more, but the lady said they only got 5 or 6 of them.

So...check your Target (it also shows stock online)!

Just did. All of the Target stores except one are sold out of the model I want. And the one that does, has limited stock. So glad that I pre ordered instead of taking a shot in the dark. Glad you got what you wanted 🙂

Got the first one at my local Target (Troy, MI). Black 16 gigs.
Its about 1 mile from the Apple store, which was probably mobbed.
Couldn't talk the guy into throwing in the $40 gift card.
Still syncing, but I love it already. Much bigger than I thought.
Just ordered a case from Amazon, $10 free shipping.

I also walked into Target about 8:15 and got a 16gb black. They weren't on display like the full sized iPads inside the case. But I asked for one, they went in the back, and found a mini for me.

Walked into my local Target at 9am EST. They had 6 16 gigabyte iPad Minis… I purchased one, came home to play a bit ...it's sexy as all get out! LOVES!!!!

There was a sign at my Target saying that the $40 gift card did not apply to the mini.
