iPad iPad mini mobile hotspot?

Does anyone know if the iPad mini will be able to create a mobile hotspot like the iPhone 5 and iPad 3/4?

Yes for the ipad mini Verizon. Not sure on AT&T and sprint.

I am curious about this too, so I just asked a Verizon representative though their online chatting. However, he told me that iPad mini will only have mobile hotspot when it is part of the share everything plan. If it is using a prepaid plan, then there is no free mobile hotspot feature. I am very confused now...

My ipad 3 LTE AT&T also got hotspot (only if you get the 5gb/50$ plan or are on a mobile share plan)

If its like the 3 the mini will have hot spot included on the Verizon version. At least they better because that's why I ordered it.
