iPad Mini Preorder thread - UK

I'm getting a mini for myself I think and let my girlfriend keep the normal iPad 3

Sorry I will be getting a 16gb WiFi Black
 
I assume for the UK, the pre-ordering will start at 8am friday morning ? being 8 hours ahead of CA time and their midnight. Is this correct ?
