my ipad charges only to 99 %. I'v tried to reset ios by holding home and turn off button but problem still exists. it could be the problem with battery?

No, it's not a problem. Battery readings aren't entirely accurate. Don't worry if it shows 99% or 97% or 95% when fully charged. A small margin of error is normal and no cause for concern.

Thanks for help. That's strange, beacuse the previous iOS 8.1.1 shows 100 % when I took it off from the charger.

It may show 100% again in the future. Battery accuracy fluctuates a bit. Again, no cause for concern.
