iPad mini retina - Battery in iBackupBot

Hi folks!

I've just checked cycles count on my ipad mini retina and got following results:

CycleCount: 39
DesignCapacity: 6274
FullChargeCapacity: 6400


Is it normal that FullChargeCapacity is bigger than DesignCapacity?
