Since the last update my iPad mini randomly restarts. Reset and power off don't work when it happens. Any ideas? It is only one year old.

If you have re booted and restored and your on stock then perhaps seek assistance via an Apple Genius Bar.
This could be a slightly lifted battery connection, faulty battery, faulty logic board or something abnormal with the software. Either way your best bet is likely just getting a swap with Apple if you have that option. If you do not, try a reputable repair shop.
