The screen was cracked on the mini and I replaced with a new screen and digitizer and now my display flickers violently but the screen digitizer works. See the video for more details.
When I first replaced the screen it seemed to be working fine and then i put all the screws back in and this is what I am now getting. I have tried the old screen and it is doing the same thing.
