yeah mine is UPS i just hope it doesn't come at the end of the day

Mine has been in Ontario since 10/29. Wil be delivered by FedEx tomorrow.

iPad Mini (black 32 gb) just arrived at Mathers airport in sacramento from Louisville from UPS at 5:14!! Looks like I'm getting an iPad Mini tomorrow :)
 
So I didn't know. I ordered a white ipad mini because my white iphone 5 looks pretty nice with the alluminum, but should i exchange for a black one? i like it better, but i didnt know if it would scratch easier or not
 
as I said a few pages back, at least in the US, if it says "event shipping" on your order detail page, you will get it tomorrow....cargo jets fly VERY fast....
 
Mine is supposed to arrive here in Portland, OR tomorrow: Looks like its being shipped by truck.

Just checked it again, It says its arrived in Mount Hope at 8:34 EST. I live on the Island. Hopefully it gets to Vancouver before the truck leaves! :)
 
My mini's just left Indianapolis, next stop should be Gaylord MI, then out for delivery. Looks like I will have them tomorrow. They sure like to build suspense.
 
mine is still in Jamaica, NY... I guess it will head to the BK sort facility early am. I know if its on a truck out at 4-5am i get my package 8-9am... any later than that and it end of business day at my address...
 
Mine left Louiseville, KY at 3:46 PM ET. Apparently, my tracking page hasn't updated so it appears mines on the vehicle. Louiseville, KY to Madison, WI :eek: Approx. 8 hour drive but could be more for truck drivers.
 
Where can i find the pre sign form? Just in case i have to go out of the house tomorrow.

I thought I read that even though there is a pre-sign form that many drivers won't leave it :confused:

You did. Someone said they left their "pre sign" release, then the driver put a "could not deliver" sticky on top of it. When they called UPS the rep told them that it's up to the driver's discretion whether or not they want to leave the package and honor the signed release. :eek:

It's up to the driver's discretion to either leave it at the door or not. But most of the time if signature is required then they likely will not leave it at the front door. For me with my pre-sign form I usually direct the driver to deliver it to the apartment office.

Luckily I'll be home all day tomorrow and will be waiting for the UPS to come.

True. Even if you presigned, it's ultimately the driver's call. And a lot of them won't leave a package that obviously contains pricey items on the front porch for anyone to take. Can't really blame them : while getting the dreaded sticker is a pain, having their package stolen would make people way more angry, and probably accusing UPS/FedEx too.

If you can, either ask for the package to be left somewhere safe, or, better yet, arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour.

I'll arrange for it to be left with my building's office staff, but even then, it's hit or miss...

I don't really blame them for not wanting to leave it. I had my iPad mini shipped to my work for this reason.
