I had a shocking experience with TNT from Apple the other week. Waited a week for a MacBook Air, was supposed to be delivered to my house on the Thursday, they left it at the base. Friday, nowhere to be seen. Phoned them for a redelivery attempt on Monday, delivered to incorrect address. Rearranged for Tuesday, didn't bother to send it out until I phoned them in a rage and they got it out later that afternoon to my work address. Total shambles.
That was my first experience of a TNT delivery from Apple, and hopefully my last.
It was probably your fault. You probably didn't give them the full address, or the postcode was missing.
Did you give them your correct phone number too, because I don't see why you had to phone them, when they should have your mobile number.
Always the same. People blaming others when just a few simple steps can minimise problems. I've owned nearly every product Apple has made, including mac mini, iPod, Macbook, LED Display, and I've never had a problem with TNT.
