iPad mini with Retina Display Problems.

Hi,
I have some problems with my 1 month old iPad Mini Retina Screen. Was using the iPad Mini normally and suddenly there is this black lines that appear below the screen. I have attached a photo of the iPad booting up. Please advice.

Now that is actually a problem. I'd schedule an appointment with Apple and have them swap it out.
