Plus the Air is so immersive it makes me not want to use my computer at all.
Just curious, is this your first iPad? I've never had one before and am interested in the opinions of those upgrading vs those entirely new to iPad.![]()
I also purchased both but I returned the Air. It was to big and heavy. I love the retina Mini.
lmao, let's not exaggerate now.....if the air is too big and heavy, u got problem

I mean come on it was meant in comparison to the Mini.
the difference is .25ish lb, POINT 25 POUNDS
The weight and overall portability of the device. The Air is too big and .25lb is sizable when you're talking about a device that weighs .73lb.

can't help you then if 1lb is too heavy for u, go lift weight or sth
Plus the Air is so immersive it makes me not want to use my computer at all.
Congrats on your decision, im still in the midst of debating if I should exchange my rMini for the air since I only use my iPad at home and school. First world problems...
Now now be very cautious of the word "immersive", we won't want someone to come in here and turn this entire thread into an argument about its definition.![]()
No need to be rude and insulting but I guess that's the nature of the anonymous Internet forum.

The fact is that the original poster stated why he returned the Mini. I stated why I returned the Air. While a 1 pound device is never considered heavy the portability and difference in weight is noticeable.
