What do you think has more active users any given day ? Mobile gaming, pc gaming, or console gaming ?

I think mobile gaming. I haven’t touched my XBONE in months, unfortunately. There’s a few games on my iPad I’m hooked to that I like better than any XBONE game I have. I just don’t really want to spend $30 or more on a game cause the cheaper ones aren’t the greatest. But yeah, my main gaming source is my iPad.

Mobile gaming boomed years ago as the devices got more powerful but people ran away from paying for good content and demanded free games because "its mobile", which in turn led to the entire F2P/IAP culture developers now embrace. I loathe IAP/F2P and gladly paid £10-15 for good games on mobile, which are now extremely rare.

I went back to console gaming two years ago and the stuff you see releasing on mobile now, the odd gem aside, is utter dross.

My iPad has:

F1 2016
Monster Hunter
The World Ends With You
AG Drive
All the GTA's
Strangers Wrath
Munche's Oddysee

Real games. Premium games for a premium device. Add to that the amount of games I paid for but lost due to lazy developers not updating for one version ahead of iOS; 2K and BioShock and SEGA with Jet Set Radio being the main two that grate.

I haven't turned my Xbone on since early February when I bought Halo 5 (finally) - though I still haven't finished it. I got a Switch at launch for Zelda and played the hell out of it until I beat it and it's rarely on now, though it is AWESOME for traveling if there's a game for me to play... my iPP 12.9 could be incredible for gaming if there was something to take advantage of it, I just haven't found a mobile game that draws me in and keeps me playing - I'd happily pay for a game if it was actually good and available on iPad, the screen is a great size and it's so mobile...
