iPad iPad mobile share tethering on ATT?

MobileShare plans allow tethering for devices capable of it. Is it activated on the ATT iPads provided they're on a mobileshare plan? Thanks.

I have an iPad that's part of my mobileshare plan and I can use it to tether.
