iOS iPad not recognized by iTunes

I jus installed the 4.2 beta on my ipad, but upon connecting it to iTunes, it shows that it's not registered with Apple, i m a apps developer and the ipad is in my registered device list. Now i cant use my ipad at all. Please help.

Which version of iTunes are you running? Also, does Xcode recognize it?

i m using itunes 10.1b, xcode recognise the ipad but cannot use for development. In Organizer, it ask to activate iPad.
