I got tired of how slow iOS 8 was on my iPad verizon model. 7.1.2 was smooth, responsive and fast. I missed the window to downgrade so I went out and bought an ipad mini; iOS 8 is blazingly fast! want more speed? buy new apple product = win :D

Great cuz every one can afford a new iPad. What kind of fix is that? That's just getting the good **** to replace the old ****.

did this fix come from applestore? ipads not selling well enough?

IOS 8 ruined using an Ipad for me, copy/paste is badly broken, lots of total screens going blank and when it works it is slow. I fixed mine too, ordered a Nexus. Tim Cook should be canned for allowing a release this broken into the wild.

Yeah my next purchase will probably be a Nexus 9 or the new Dell Venue 8 7000 which is all aluminum and Dell says it's the thinness tablet on the market. My choice will boil down to who offers Android L out of the gate and specs which i've read the N9 will be potent with the Nvidia K1 chip.
