Hi gang, I just updated to iPad OS on my iPad Air 2 and it will not connect to any Wifi network. I've tried several and all it does is cycle back to the enter password screen...even on networks with no passwords. Anyone else have this issue and know of a solution? Thanks!

WiFi is working on my 12.9 inch iPad Pro running iPadOS 13.1.

Thanks for the replies. I think it is a problem with the Settings app. Everything works fine except that nothing in Settings works. Everything I click on crashes the app, and forced restarts and such have done nothing. I can't try resets etc. because the Settings app crashes. I will hook it up to iTunes and see if I can get it working.

Same issue with wifi on Air 2 after upgrading today to 13.1 from 12.4.1. Can't connect to known networks.
Even going to settings-->wifi is very very slow.

Tried forgetting the network and then connecting again. no success
reset the ipad network settings. no success
rebooted router. no success

It finally connected to my 5ghz network but not to the 2.4ghz network. However any app that I start just crashes. I've done a soft reset as well. Same result.

Probably going to try and revert back to 12.4.1

update: will no longer connect to my wifi network.

Hi Jamie, I got it to work (for now) by creating a new guest network on my router with no security, connecting to that, signing out of iCloud, and resetting all settings. It took close to an hour to sign out of iCloud and probably another 30 minutes to do anything after I hit reset, but at least the app didn't crash (it did appear to be hung but I let it alone and it finally worked). I then did the "hold a phone nearby" thing to set the iPad back up, restored from iCloud, and it loaded fine and is working good on 13.1.

For now 😄

Did you find a solution. My iPad is doing the exact same thing.

I finally got mine working late last night but it was a struggle. Tried to erase all content and settings but couldn't get it to work. Tried to connect ipad to mac but it would time out. Finally I put it into recovery mode using ReiBoot (mac app) then was able to restore to an earlier iTunes backup. Itunes downloaded 13.1 during this. Once it was restored it would hang on updating the iCloud settings. If I let the iPad sleep during this it would come back with the "hello" screen each time. I finally kept the iPad awake while iCloud settings updated and so far everything has been fine. No problems with wifi or anything else for the moment.

Same issue here, iPad Air 2 64Gb cellural. After update to 13.1 WiFi lost and none of the apps show anything else than white screen.

i got it fixed by connecting to a PC and doing full restore in recovery mode. Just doing update didn’t help.
