iPad photo editing app?

I'm looking for recommendations?

My needs are simple: Cropping, retouch (like in Iphoto), some effects and exposure adjustment.

I don't need the app to handle raw images.

Free is good, but paid quality apps, that do the job is also good.

They just put up a new version, no reviews for the new version yet. There are reviews under all versions.

Photoshop Express is free and will do what you ask, but I vastly prefer Photogene. Well worth the price.
