Yep, using a Smart Keyboard for the 10.5" Pro on my 7th gen (10.2") iPad myself—the new ones are marked as fitting all three, but the actual keyboard is the same size/shape/fit.
Sure does! I‘ve had that case on my 2017 10.5 IPP for 2 1/2 yrs. I’m actually on my 2nd one as the first one stopped working after 1 1/2 yrs. Here‘s an interesting alternative: Logitech Combo Touch keyboard/trackpad/pencil holder case that comes out in May ($149). I‘m buying it as soon as it’s release. Fits the 2017 10.5 IPP and 10.5 Air 3.

It looks like Logitech is going to release a separate one for the 7th gen (10.2") iPad, as well. Since the hardware is the same dimensions (different mic placement perhaps?), I'll be curious to see if it's just a different back case that ships with the same keyboard.

Ah, that's what it was—somehow I forgot that since the time it was released (L x W are the same, D is different), but knew that it was different from the 10.5" Pro and Air 3. Thanks!
Just taken delivery of the Logitech trackpad keyboard, and it is a really nice item. Worth looking into if you are looking for a more solid typing experience than that on the Apple Smart Keyboard, for the 10.5 Pro/Air 3.
