iPad Pro Ipad pro 10.5 screen glow

Hi,
i have the Ipad Pro 10.5. Unfortunately only a month after the apple care expired the screen started producing this strange bright halo ring on one side. I am adding a photo of it. Has anyone had this happen to their ipad? Do You know how much would it cost to get it fixed?

Unfortunately I’m on business overseas in a country where there is no official Apple store. So i can’t just take it in.
Grateful for any help.

What happens if you apply pressure to the halo ring?

Nothing at all. The bright ring stays the same no matter what

Actually just tested it and when i press on the bright spot the whitish colour turns orange.
